The purpose of this position is to support our Purchasing Expeditor in managing the flow of merchandise purchased though our Internet sales department.. This includes coordination with customers, to assist with meeting production delivery schedules, being the main procurement representative, interfacing with various manufacturers personnel to status material and potential supplier production problems. Also will assist to resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies for buyers. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a four-year degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and work experience is required; Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, able to work in a teamwork environment and demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suite software applications; above average problem solving, organizational, and math skills.
